Design Notes

Primer designed for cloning part BBF10K_000471 into the pRS426 plasmid through Gibson Assembly, replacing an auxotrophy mark. This will convert pRS426 into a similar version of pRS425, with the same cloning, regulatory, resistance and auxotrophy regions, albeit a little bigger. The USP-EEL-Brazil team will be working to optimize the assembly protocols.
